The Optimizer service is our most popular Managed Service option.  It includes health monitoring to provide us with real-time notifications of potential system issues that can lead to hardware damage as well as potential security vulnerability. This option also includes scheduled monthly maintenance to help ensure continuing peak performance and reliability. 
  • Utilities monitor processor thermal conditions, hard drive health and identify potential system failure risks 
  • Recurring monthly maintenance and optimizations to help ensure peak performance and reliability
  • Monthly security evaluation and application updates to protect from newly emerging exploits 
  • Correction to customer reported system malfunction or needed changes to settings or applications
  • Includes managed virus protection that is monitored and controlled by our central console and the customer  
  • Optional virtual private networking (VPN)

The enhanced Service provides a concise service cost that includes as needed remote service for incidental service needs. Both servers and workstations are monitored for processor thermal conditions, hard drive health, and potential system failure risks. Security risks and malware threats are identified, quarantined, and controlled by our central management console to maximize security and address potential threats.
